What have we been doing in English? Last week we looked at stories set in the fantasy genre and planned and wrote our own magical stories filled with princesses, talking animals and wizards! The genre really encouraged the children to use their imaginations and they produced some lovely work.
What have we been doing in Maths? In maths we started to look at subtraction problems, these proved quite challenging for the students but by the end of the week they were starting to get the hang of it.
What have we been doing in Topic? In topic we had a fantastic time visiting Nando's restaurant. We were given a tour of the restaurant, lots of information on healthy eating and the chance to build our own burger. All of the children thoroughly enjoyed this day out!
